Welcome! I'm Brittany! In March of 2017, I was exhausted of feeling unhappy in my own body. Everyday brought depression and anxiety for me. It was then that I decided something needed to change.
I turned to exercise as an outlet. I began a home workout program, that I fell in love with. Initially I choose to try a home workout program, because my anxiety and depression were so bad, that I could not even imagine having to leave my house to go to a gym. Only a few months later, I was obsessed with this new lifestyle. I began working diligently to change several things in my life, that make me a happier and healthier person both mentally and physically. I completely transformed both my mental and physical health, by myself in my own home! I lost 30 lbs of fat, gained some back in muscle, adjusted my eating, started living a clean & healthy lifestyle and I am the happiest I have ever been!
I started to share my journey and realized, there are so many others who felt the same way as me. Others who are looking for resources, guidance, advice and support. I WANT TO BE THAT SUPPORT!
